Alt Style Ale - Recipe

So, the process has begun...heating the water now!

BC Alt - All Grain (10 Gallons)

22 lbs - Briess Pale Malt
1 lb - Crystal 60
.25 lbs - Chocolate Malt

5 oz - Hallertauer (60 minutes)
1 oz - Hallertauer (10 minutes)

White Labs WLP036 - Platinum Dusseldorf Alt Yeast
